Nottingham Sleep Clinic works with The Independent Pharmacy, a licensed UK online pharmacy and prescribing service, to assess suitability for treatment and to prescribe, dispense and deliver medicines.
It is essential that all health information you provide is accurate and kept up to date throughout your treatment.
Review and dispensing
Every order is reviewed by a qualified UK-registered clinician. If approved, your medicine is dispensed by The Independent Pharmacy, a UK-licensed pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council. Once an order has been processed, medicines cannot be cancelled or returned.
Taking your medication
Follow all medication instructions carefully, read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine, and let your GP know about any new prescription you receive. If a prescription is judged not suitable for you, you will be notified and refunded for any medicine that has not been dispensed.
Your contract for any consultation, prescription or medicine is with The Independent Pharmacy, under their terms. Prescription treatment is available to UK residents aged 18–75. Nottingham Sleep Clinic receives a referral fee when treatment is prescribed; this does not affect the price you pay. Complaints about treatment go to The Independent Pharmacy in the first instance.
Regulation and the team
Full and current regulatory information, including pharmacy and clinician registrations, is available at Regulation.
Details of the current clinical and pharmacy team are at Meet the Team.
Suitability for treatment
By placing an order, you agree to a clinical assessment of your suitability for treatment. Prescriptions are issued at the discretion of the prescribing clinician and remain subject to ongoing clinical review.
Privacy
Personal data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy law. Please see The Independent Pharmacy’s Privacy Policy for how they handle your data, and our own Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
